needs improvement
If I'd paid $10 or less, I'd expect to have to mess with it trying to get it to cut. But for $30, I shouldn't have to use it many times trying to get the details to cut out. I finally found that I could almost always get the details on the large dragonfly to cut if I placed three or four layers of text weight paper under my card stock. I will experiment with more matting later, so that I don't have to use up more paper.
